Unfortunately Joselyn, who is a Corporal in the Royal Logistic Corp, was posted to the war in Iraq in the middle of arrangements. With the help and support of friends and family, however, Abie was able to ensure their plans went ahead smoothly until Joselyn's return a few months before the big day.

They were later joined by an additional 400 people at the Porchester Hall in London. It was a mammoth task, with friends and family providing the catering for 750 people! Abie's one small regret, is that she had not hired a professional company to decorate the hall, as this would have freed up her busy family and friends on that day!
For their honeymoon, the couple flew out to Barbados, staying at the idyllic Silver Sands hotel for a week. |
